Last week’s Valley Café went East, with recipes traditional to Burma, a small country located in Southeast Asia. Burmese cuisine incorporates ingredients and spices like curry, egg noodles and loads of fresh vegetables! The Valley Café Menu mirrored those ingredients with various dishes such as a Burmese salad, Chicken Curry, Traditional Briyani, and a Cabbage and Noodle Curry. For Dessert, Golden Semolina Pudding and Mango Cake were served to finish off the meal. Coming to the Valley Café is a great way to learn about new cuisine and embark on the culinary journey.
